CHIA involved in Real Estate Industry after graduated from University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in year 2009. He is a member of Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation Malaysia. Chia also being appointed as member of industry advisory panel, Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying, UTM.  

 

He became a Registered Valuer and Licensed Estate Agent under Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agent in year 2015.

 

Chia is also the past-Secretary (2019 - 2021), Chairman-Elect (2021 - 2023) and Chairman (2023 - 2025) for Malaysia Institute of Estate Agent (MIEA), Johor Branch. He is in-charge of Education and Training portfolio in MIEA and actively involved in the Negotiators Certification Course (NCC), Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Continuous Development Programme (CDP) during his service with MIEA.

For the past years, Chia was involved in various valuation exercises, including residential, industrial, commercial and lands.  He also involved in valuation for land acquisition, rating and plants & machinery and represent client for court attendance as property valuation expertise.

He is also an experienced real estate agent who are involved in primary and secondary market, leasing for office and retails units and tenancy management and currently he leads the agency team for Johor Bahru and Negeri Sembilan.

 

Throughout his years in this industry, he is also involved in creating and customized investment portfolio for clients with the total investment more than RM150 Million.

Chia also leads a management and maintenance team and oversee of a total value of RM250 Million property portfolio for individual investors, property holding company and corporate.
