Ching, a Licensed Auctioneer in Johor State and Negeri Sembilan since 2011, who has experience in auction field of more than 10 years period. He is also panel auctioneer in Johor Bahru High Court, Muar High Court, and Seremban High Court.

Ching was graduated with qualification in Bachelor of Business Administration, and worked in Mortgage Loan Department once graduate from the university.  Other than that, he also completed his short course of "Sijil Asas Amalan Pelelong Awam Hartanah Malaysia" in University Malaya.

He ever being elected as a committee member in Persatuan Pelelong Negeri Johor, and joined in the workshop of implementing E-bidding held by High Court Malaya, Putrajaya.

With his experience and knowledge in auction field, he successfully held few rounds of private treaty auction in Johor. He also often invited by real estate agencies, banks, developers, and investor groups from Johor and Kuala Lumpur to give seminar regarding current issues and trending of auction markets in Malaysia.
